NASFAA U Credentialing

Take your career to the next level with NASFAA Professional Credentials!

NASFAA U Credentialing will be offered as a pre-conference session on Wednesday, October 7, 2026 from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. There is no cost for the credential session.

Direct Loan Program

Covers the key characteristics of each Direct Loan program type, qualifying criteria, the application and origination process, mandatory counseling requirements, and major repayment features.

Satisfactory Academic Progress

Covers the SAP standards students must meet to continue receiving federal financial aid, including quantitative and qualitative measurements, frequency of evaluation, and financial aid warning, probation, and appeals.
