Register for the Annual Business Meeting This Friday

 Hello TASFAA Friends and Colleagues!

 There is still time to register for the upcoming TASFAA event which will take place via ZOOM this Friday, October 9^th, beginning at 9:00 a.m. CST and concluding by 11:00 a.m. CST.  To register, please visit https://zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_Ut_AoWq4StGYl5romp8UMQ and complete the short registration form.

The meeting will begin with a federal and state update and conclude with our annual TASFAA business meeting.   Unfortunately, the Department of Education had to cancel at the last minute.  However, we are very pleased and appreciative that Megan Coval, Vice President of Policy & Federal Relations with NASFAA, has graciously agreed to step in and begin our program with a federal update.  Dr. Charles (Chad) Contero-Puls, Deputy Assistant Commissioner at THECB, will follow with a state update.  Our business meeting will include a review of the minutes and financial report, presentation of annual awards, brief remarks from the TASFAA President and President-Elect, and a virtual passing of the gavel.
