Dawn Coleman-GlennDawn Coleman-Glen

Dawn Coleman-Glenn is the Training Specialist for Scholarships & Financial Aid at Texas A&M. She has been with the Financial Aid Department for over three years but has been involved with adult education and training for much longer. Dawn spent more than ten years enlisted in the US Air Force, seven of which were in the Education and Training Management career field.

As the Training Specialist, Dawn’s primary duty is to train all the new staff on financial aid fundamentals and the many scenarios concerning Texas A&M students.

Mariah FournierMariah Fournier  
Mariah Fournier is a Financial Aid Specialist for Dallas County Community College District. She is a member of the Awards Management Team. She started her journey as a Work Study in financial aid almost 8 years ago. Mariah also volunteers with the Foundation for C.H.O.I.C.E. as a high school mentor, helping students attend a higher education institution.

Latoya HallLatoya Hall
Latoya Hall is a financial aid advisor who works with students to further their secondary education at Prairie View A & M. She has been with the financial aid office for 3 years and strive to education each student with a plan for their education. Latoya has her verification credentials from NASFAA.

Latoya has work on verification, processing loans, awarding, and professional judgements reports. This allow her to be well rounded in the financial aid office. Latoya has received her Master’s in Sociology at Prairie View A & M and believes that education is very important.  

Deanna HolderDeanna Holder
Deanna Holder is a Financial Aid Advisor for Scholarships & Financial aid at Texas A&M.  Deanna has 15 years of financial aid experience, at Texas A&M, and a total of 18 years of experience in higher education.   As a Financial Aid Advisor, Deanna has worked in a variety of areas and this allows her to be a well-rounded Financial Aid Advisor.  She loves helping students complete their degree and assisting students in making smart financial decision in paying for their education.       

Shundrika MorrisShundrika Morris

My name is Shundrika Morris. I am a current employee and student at University of Texas at Arlington. I work in the Communications Center as a Team Lead Supervisor for Financial Aid where I monitor the call queue assisting students with the process in obtaining financial aid. I have roughly 12 years in experience in Higher Education as both a student and employee. My skills include familiarity with the verification process, SAP Appeals, R2T4’s, FAFSA and TASFA, in addition to presenting and facilitating about leadership and professional development. My education credentials include an Associate’s in General studies from Amarillo College, Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, Master in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in Spring 2021 and will be enter the College of Education Doctoral Program on Fall 2021, all from UT Arlington. I am also currently working on my Financial Aid Administrator
Certification through NASFAA. I am a mother of 3 and I love to travel and watch crime shows.

Carrie PrattCarrie Pratt
Carrie Pratt, currently Senior Financial Aid Manager for Dallas College, has been in higher education for - right at 25 years.  She believes education is empowering and rewarding to students, for families, and communities which progressively and positively impacts a wide range of socioeconomic dynamics.  Her most favorite enjoyment and stress reliever comes most when hanging out at the ocean, eating nachos with cheese, sour cream, or a big bowl of mild guacamole, and being with her husband, son, cutest ever - grandson and other family.


Julie WittmisJulie Wittmis
Julie Wittmis is a Financial Aid Advisor at Texas Woman’s University. She has over 11 years of financial aid experience and has a real passion for making the financial aid process more understandable for students, parents and peers, as well as eliminating or reducing financial barriers to higher education. She serves on the New Aid Officer Workshop and ABC committees. Ms. Wittmis also has an expertise in Financial Literacy and has earned 4 NASFAA Credentials: Cost of Attendance, Loans, Professional Judgment, and Satisfactory Academic Progress.
