Now is definitely the time to volunteer for SWASFAA committee work for next year. There is no better way to meet new friends and colleagues than volunteering! The organization especially needs volunteers from the school side of our industry. Just do it TEXAS folks—it’s fun.

For everyone's consumption here is the SWASFFA Newsletter 2006 newsletter calendar:

Jan/Feb/Mar issue has an article submission deadline of 2/1/06 and a web migration time of 3/1/06

Apr/May/Jun- 5/1 submission deadline and 6/1/06 migration date

July/Aug/Sept- 8/1 submission deadline and 9/1 migration date

Oct/Nov/Dec- 11/1 submission deadline and 12/1 migration date

With these dates in mind I would like to put out a call for articles for our first edition of 2006. Because of the quarterly production of the newsletter, please note that anything scheduled to occur in April/May or June must be publicized in this first quarter’s edition, for example: June Mid level workshop.
