TASFAA Fall Conference Registration

Registration for the TASFAA Fall Conference is now open. The registration process has been upgraded to allow for an improved registration database and e-commerce capabilities. Please take a moment to read about the new features before registering.

  1. YOUR REGISTRATION – An individual registration form must be completed online for EACH registrant. If you are already in the TASFAA database, use your access information when submitting your registration.

  2. NEW REGISTRANT – To register a new person, please select
the "I AM NOT in the TASFAA database" option on the registration form. Do not use your username and password to register someone else - this will overwrite your record.

  3. MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS – If one person from your institution is responsible for registering all attendees, they should collect everyone's username and password prior to starting the process. For convenience, they may want to change all passwords to be the same. This can be done on each person's member profile.

  4. CREDIT CARDS – Online credit card payments can now be made for your conference registration. A link to this option will be available on your final invoice page as well as in the Member Services section of the website. TASFAA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Your invoice number is needed to use the online payment system. If paying for multiple invoices with one credit card, you will need all of the invoice numbers.

  5. COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION – When completing the registration form, make sure to continue through to the final invoice page. When you have reached this page, there is a printable invoice option and your registration has been recorded in the system.

  6. REVISE OR CANCEL – If you need to make changes to your registration at a later date, you can revise or cancel using the conference registration form.

  7. INVOICE COPIES – An option to print a copy of your invoice at a later date is available in the Member Services section of the website, under Payment Services.

  8. MEMBERSHIP DUES – only the first person registering from an institution will be charged the 2005-2006 membership dues. Any subsequent registrants will only be charged conference registration fees.
