Ken Rogers Receives 35 Year Pin from TASFAA By Irene Briggs, Houston Baptist University
Ken
Rogers, Director of Scholarship Programs, at Houston Baptist University,
received his 35 year pin from TASFAA. Ken was not able to receive
his pin at the Wichita Falls meeting so the pin was delivered to him. At
a quarterly meeting of HBU employees in March, he was presented his "pinning" in
a surprise presentation. Ken's service to HBU and to TASFAA has been a
life-learning event. Many friendships in the financial aid community have
been established over his many years of service. Ken's reputation and outstanding
service to the students, staff, and faculty of Houston Baptist University
is second to none. "Thanks, Ken, for a job well done." Hope to
see you at the meeting in October wearing your Pin(s)!
