Time to Recognize By Raul Lerma, Chair - Tasfaa Awards Committee TASFAA is made up of dedicated persons committed to helping students succeed in completing their education. Our members work long hours, face constant challenges in administering numerous financial aid programs, and must be everything from an IRS agent to an INS officer. We do all of this and more, and, unfortunately, get few thank you’s or the recognition that is so rightly deserved. The Rookie of the Year award and induction into the TASFAA Hall of Fame are two ways our association tries to make sure outstanding individuals, who represent what we do every day, are recognized.
