Shipping & Receiving information for Exhibitors
Incoming Packages
All packages must be shipped prepaid and clearly marked with:

• Name of the convention: TASFAA Conference
• Name of the person for whom the package is being held: Your name, institution, phone number
• Name of the Convention Service Manager servicing the group: Sara Saenz
• Number of packages (i.e. 1 of 3)

• It is recommended that packages arrive by Tuesday 10/9
• Boxes will all be delivered to area of group's meeting
• Should boxes not be in the exhibit area upon your arrival, you may request them to be brought in from storage by someone, while referring to TASFAA and Sara Saenz

Out Going Packages

• Tear down for the exhibit area is Thurs, 10/11, at 3:30 PM.
• Client will need to fill out their own labels (please keep a copy of the shipping information).
• Individual must pack their own boxes
• Packages can will be left in exhibit area for pick up
